  Troy is amazingly helpful and reassuring. He takes the time to walk you through the whole process and is incredibly thorough. I had even forgotten to take down a blind in the bathroom and he had the care to remove it before starting the treatment and replace it afterword so it wasn't damaged. He takes care of your stuff and gives you real peace of mind.

  Troy was amazing! During a very stressful time he was very helpful in reassuring me the problem would be taken care of! I of course hope to never need to call again but if ever I need to I would definitely call Troy!

  Very good experience. They were very nice and done a very good job and I know our house may have been a little difficult but they got it done in a timely manner. Everything was just like we left it no mess. He even worked with us on the payment so would be able to get it done. We haven’t had any problems at all. If I could’ve afforded it I would’ve gave them a big tip. Thank you

  I really enjoyed dealing with Troy from the beginning. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing, and sent a simple list of things I needed to do to prepare. He has a good sense of humor as well. Troy touched base with me from the time the appointment was set to completion of the job. He left my place the same condition as it was when he arrived. I highly recommend him because he makes the whole process of getting rid of bed bugs as painless as possible.
