  Roblox and their contractors did a wonderful job at installing our windows in the 1910 home we are remodeling in Leavenworth, KS! They, the sales person and contractors were professional, courteous, timely and knowledgeable about their product and installation. Thank you!

  My mom has these windows.
  One of her windows shattered and had to be replaced, took a couple of weeks before the replacement arrived.
  She had to pay a deductible to have window
  Replaced, why have a warranty when you are going charge a deductible for repairs when it wasn't her fault?
  The technician was fantastic, and did a wonderful job with replacement of the window.
  But he noticed two windows that had defects in her bay window that needed to be replaced
  He said the defects were factory defects.
  
  The tech said he would notify the company and would get them taken cared of.
  My mom has called once on this with no response from the company.
  There has been some miscommunication with the company on this problem.
  Talked to David the president about this,
  we had a nice conversation and he said that
  He would have his technician out within
  24 hrs, which he did, I was impressed by
  The company wanting to make this right.
  The Windows arrived and the technician
  came out and replaced both.
  My mother is very happy with what the company has done to correct the problem.

  Highly recommended. Our experience with Rolox Home Service was outstanding. From the time that we met our salesman, John, to the finished new shower and bathroom flooring, we felt appreciated and supported. The team, Dave and Phillip, who did the work were excellent and professional, taking care of our household as if it was their own home. They cleaned up all of the material from the demolition of the old bathroom as if it had never been there. These guys were amazing!

  Great job on tub and surround install. Very professional in their work. Only complaint is that they seem to have problems communicating among the different departments or areas as I got multiple calls from different people asking/or telling the same thing, and my information was not being given to the appropriate parties.
