(January 26, 2021, 5:52 pm)FANTASTIC COMPANY! Not only do they have amazing tubs, the customer service is absolutely STELLAR. Any question I had (there were many) were responded to within 24 hours, usually within 2 even after business hours. I recommend Carver Tubs for anyone wanting a fantastic bathroom.
(June 26, 2020, 10:54 am)My new jet tub is wonderful! The customer service was even better. I worked with Travis and he was amazing. He helped me choose the perfect tub. When the installer had a suggestion to make the tub easier to install, my tub was already in production. Travis quickly worked with the factory to make the needed changes. He was quickly responsive to email both before and after the sale and also available on the phone. I don't normally do reviews, but this company was so great, I felt I needed to share.
