Initial contact was for a quote. Response was fast and complete. Once we decided, the person to measure was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. We went to MSI and chose our granite. Once we let GD know, we had an install date immediately. The installers showed up on time. They were very polite and respectful. They got right to work, each knowing their role. They asked questions as needed. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after the install. Couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend!!! Shout out to Mike and Colin.
