“I've lived at Timber Lakes for almost two years now, and I have to say that moving here might be one of the best decisions we've ever made. The complex is so beautiful and quiet that you almost forget you're in the middle of a city. Our dog loves the dog park and all the neighbor dogs, and the community is great. Everybody is super friendly...scraping ice off windshields for each other, helping each other out with car troubles, and keeping packages safe when they are delivered to the wrong address. Maintenance is super quick and kind; they are always very friendly to both me and my dog and come back as many times as needed until we're satisfied with the fixes. The office staff are fantastic as well. They always seem happy to help, and even provided small bags of ice melt for all of the residents to apply to areas that might have been missed by the snow removal / salting process. Katelyn, in particular, is phenomenal, always responding to our messages / issues / requests promptly and in a way that makes us feel valued. We love this community, love the friends we've made here, and love living here.”
