It's a Christian owned shop and they are all super nice. I could tell they weren't the kind of shop trying to get as much money out of you as possible. “I have to post this experience, but I want to say overall my experience with Etta and her associates have been very good, so they are getting four stars. I called yesterday and requested an adjustment to my motorcycle policy. The rep only wanted to provide me a quote and sent to my email I was busy, so that was ok. I called back this morning and the office was closed. My call was transferred to a call center. I spoke with a Man named Wymen, who told me he could not help me. When I refused to accept his response of not being able to help me and insisted on speaking to a sup, he tried to get me with a specialist. I asked if they were a sup and he said no, he did not have a sup. This surprised me, but then he told me sups do not get on the phone. I informed him I had time today and I would hold until I could talk to a supervisor or management. Wymen then proceeded to speak with someone and found the ability to help with my request. This experience is not what I normally get from Etta's office, but this is the company she sells insurance for. Expect this kind of treatment when making changes to your policy that will save you money.”

“We stayed at the dive motel across the street and walked over to this lounge around 10:30 the place was not packed which I find so weird because Debra (the bartender) was so personable. I could've talked to her alone all night she was so great! But not only was she sweet but she made our drinks soooo strong. We got our money's worth and then some. From what I gathered it's a family business with nice people that were raised right just trying to make a dollar. I absolutely loved this place and will always recommend it to anyone visiting the Kansas City area. Also it's important to me that you know, we rolled up with no one there, but they still had music bumpin, drinks flowing, and they made us feel right at home. Great place to celebrate, get away, or just have a drink. I'll be back FOR SURE.”

“I walk my german shepherd about 3 miles to this park a few times a week and I love it. It's usually clean. There is a shelter and probably 8 tables on a concrete patio. A couple of grills (that probably need cleaned) and a jungle gym. Plus a ton of field-which is why I love this park to play fetch and let my shepherd run.”
