“Since purchasing this and changing over to Blue Bicycle from Benefit, Jan has made great progress in getting this place updated. You can tell she puts a lot of sweat equity into it doing as much as she can herself. This gym continues to be a great bargain considering all the facility and equipment for the money.”

“Attended my first Bikram Yoga class tonight and the instructor was Rachelle. In the end I was about in tears and had to hug her to show my sincere gratitude for her guidance and for making me literally feel "better" and whole again in a matter of an hour. I left feeling amazing in my spirit and mind. I lift so tension was in my neck and lower back and in the end during the meditation when he said release it - I used it as a moment between me and God to pray and literally wooooosahhhh! I will definitely be back and make this my "Me Time" away from motherhood and life to rejuvenate my spirit to be the BEST woman I can be. Much needed and appreciated. Thank you!”

“Health & Rehab Facility at Research Hospital. Select hours morn & afternoon for public. Other hours for Rehab therapy. Very good for older adults: walking & swimming. No children or teenagers. Membership by month $35 or year $340 for over 50, $440 under 50. Also 5 or 10 session card $6.50/visit. About once per year close for repairs. Only BAD practice- they don't warn you, and won't refund or pro-rate month you already paid for if repairs occur mid-month no matter how long the pool & hot tub are down.”
