“I actually wasn't wanting or expecting to buy a new vacuum but rather looking for some repair services. The associate was very knowledgeable and prompt in answering our questions. We ended up doing a quick belt repair on the old vacuum but also ended up purchasing a new Riccar vacuum. It took a little time to convince us that the purchase made sense but it's been a couple of weeks since our visit and they were right. If it's possible to enjoy vacuuming and a vacuum we are there....thanks for the sound advice!”
