When i called needing a bed, Doug was able to get me just what i needed the very next day. I have sent several family members to him at STL Beds, and they were treated right. There are not enough words to say how life changing our new mattress is from STL Beds! Never buy a mattress from one of those "big name" chain stores! Doug was amazing and explained so many things about mattress quality that my husband and I never knew. He took his time and never made us feel rushed as we tried out many different ones in their show room. The one we ultimately picked arrived yesterday, and the delivery crew were on time, polite and professional, set up our new bed and hauled away the old one for us. Last night was the first night trying it, and it was so comfortable, supportive and perfect in every way! I can't believe we went this many years of life not knowing a good, quality mattress! Do yourself a favor and check here first and you will not be disappointed

I received a phone call from Doug in regards to the measurements of my antique bed for the conversion frame. I'm so thankful for that call. Although the measurements were fine I/we discovered that the conversion frame wouldn't work due to my bed having a single hook/pin system vs a double hook. Although I was disappointed, Doug explained everything to me and did give me another option. His customer service saved me a lot of unwanted frustration. Thank you.

I called inquiring about a metal bar frame in replacement of the wooden slats and pegs that came with this set. Not only did Doug sell me a quality product but he gave me instructions on how to install it myself. From the materials I needed down to the exact measurements. Nowadays you dont come across this outstanding level of customer service so easily. 💯💪🏾
