I've banked at this location for almost 10 years now. Service is great for personal and business accounts.

Let me just say Alecia and Regina, from the Arnold location, go above and beyond each time I need their help. They assisted me with setting up my account and made it extremely easy. I can always call on them for assistance. They are the most pleasant, professional, and courteous people with which I have ever worked. I went in to open a savings account. It was probably the best banking experience I have ever had and I am 56 years old. I worked with Regina and she was awesome!!! She was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.
