Dittmer Meat Packing Inc (Deer Processing)

We are repeat customers. Everything was packaged as we had previously requested. Meat was frozen solid on pickup and stayed frozen for the trip home. You can taste the quality difference from store bought. We ordered both beef and pork.

We purchased a quarter side of beef last year. (yup mid covid) LOVED it!!! Great quality, cuts and packaging. Definitely will purchase from this business again. The only thing I would do different is get thicker cut steaks, but that is a preference. Great customer service as well.

I came here to purchase one or two pounds of beef liver, and the worker that helped me gave it to me on the house, as they only had a one pound bag thawed and an eight pound frozen. Great service and wonderful quality! I'll definitely be stopping in again!

I had the chance to dine with members of the family that owns this store. The quality of their meat is as good or better than the best I have tasted in New York or Chicago. I sampled sirloin, beef sausage, chicken sausage and port loin -- all wonderful. The animals are all grass fed with no chemicals. They have a special spice that they use in cooking (no I couldn't get the recipe).
And yes, I saw their retail store and the prices are absurdly low. You could order meat and ship it and still come out ahead.
