If you plan to use their self dog wash stations be sure to call ahead. I went into the store, after wondering around and trying to find someone for 10 minutes, I was was told that the wash room now closes 1 hour prior to closing. I was very disappointed that I could not give my dog a 10 minute rinse off after a 20 minute one way drive. I was there at 4:15 in the afternoon. it would’ve been nice if that would have been posted anywhere I could have seen the multiple times I’ve been in the store or on the website.

Katlyn is awesome! She's good w/our furry family member and we trust her. She does an excellent grooming job and Chloé always comes out as cute as can be!

Owner and staff are so kind and friendly. On national black cat day, the owner gave my kitten a couple of free toys. She loved them! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Haven’t had the chance to see the relocated spot but I will be back!

We LOVE Furplus City! It is a locally owned pet store (with a great variety of items to choose from) and groomers that do a wonderful job. All the employees are always helpful, smiling and professional. Thank you for grooming Cooper and for giving us a local choice for pet supplies.
