This gym is great for anybody. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help new people learn the ropes.

I love the atmosphere and enthusiasm of the staff. It's lots of fun working out in the classes, and glad it is are part of membership. Clean gym, welcoming and accepting, respectful to all people and their individuality. I like how it is 24 hour access. Bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I like the low cost of tanning too, only $10 and it is 24 hour access so I can come in whenever to tan and work out. Finally, I like how the dues are taken out automatically which is nice because it is consistent and the cost is reasonable for the attention you receive.

This is a great gym for the person who prefers to work out in a non-intimidating atmosphere. They are a small town gym with a lot of small town class. I am greeted every time I walk in, and over the months I have developed a relationship which each staff member. They really do care about your goals and they want to see me get them done. Their classes are amazing - the morning classes are low intensity, and evenings range from medium to high. It's just an overall great place to do your workout routine. I personally love being able to work out in a place where I'm comfortable and welcomed! Thank you, Action Fitness for giving me a safe place to work on my goals. And thank you staff members for caring so much about them!
