I can't think of any other time when I would have considered inviting my home buyer's agent and his staff to a housewarming party, but that's what I did here! A great bunch of people who really care about serving their customers! Would highly recommend!

Wow this husband/wife team really has a good thing going! I liked them from the first time they showed us a house. Robin is very laid back and patient--she let's you look at the house without constantly talking and adding her opinion. She didn't miss a thing when she made a mental list of issues that I brought up needed fixed so it could be added to the contract. Then she stayed in contact with me, giving me a timeline checklist of absolutely everything I needed to do, including a contact list of local inspection companies and utilities.

Gene assists in the financing and worked with me as I probably drove him crazy trying to find different scenarios of a payment I could handle. When through no fault of his own the closing went a few days late--leaving my movers on standby for a few days which eventually thinned them down to almost nothing, he offered to help me move! I don't know if they can do that for everyone--I am somewhat of a sympathy case with finding out recently I had to start chemo--but that's just an example of what good people these guys are. They were even shorthanded themselves with one of their assistants out sick with Covid.
On moving day, both Gene and Robin came, got straight to it and were half packed up before anyone else got there. Gene even ran the vacuum in my emptied apartment and entertained my granddaughter, too!

We have bought and sold with Robin and everything went smoothly in both cases. She kept us up to date on the progress while showing the house and also after a contract was in hand. She is great at returning calls and even closed on the sale of our house at our kitchen table at the new place so we could hit the road for an out of town trip.

Just went through C4 realty when we purchase our home this week. Gene and Robin Coleman did a great job! They worked tirelessly trying to get our closing finished. They are great people and I would definitely recommend them if you are wanting to buy or sale a house. They always kept us updated through the whole process. Which I appreciated. They really treat you like family. Thanks for everything!

Robin and Gene Colman are not just some of the best realators Ive worked with but some of the best people have be had the pleasure to know. Everything was so smooth and when problems arose between everyone working on my mortgage (miscommunications) they took care of it 100% and quickly. They are good people and when you have good people working for you the rest is easy. Highly recommend as realtors and as friends.
