“These guys are incredible! They have been cleaning our large call center for a year and are punctual, deep cleaning, provide their own quality supplies, hard working, humble and very communicative! They respond to emails immediately which is nice if we have a special request, I know they are ontop of it! I am telling you these guys made our 10 yr old bthrm floors look new, we were going to replace they were so bad. JCSM is professional but also casual and easy to get along with. “Our 18 year old dog passed away last week in our home. I contacted Animal Care Services and they were kind, and genuine. I spoke to one gentleman at first who gave me additional information and pricing, he was very nice. Then i spoke with Lance, and really i don’t think i could have dealt with anybody better. He was kind, and gentle with our sweet girl. Today we received her ashes back, and Lance made sure that someone was at our home to receive them, and didn’t just leave them on our front porch. Everything was packaged beautifully as well. If you are in the unfortunate position of losing a pet, and choose cremation, I could not recommend them more. Thank you!”

“Best coffee ever! Driving thru Pevely, Mo today, we stopped for a break. I love coffee, but in the summer I take my coffee on ice. I usually don't drink flavored coffees, so I was a little hesitant to try your Highlander Grogg. Wow! It was great on ice. We found your station well laid out, sparkling clean and we'll staffed with friendly workers. We travel between Hot Springs and central Illinois, do I'm sure we'll be back!”
