I rang the bell and told "Julie "how scared my son was as was my husband and I and she grabbed her equipment and went straight to my son in a calm and reassuring manner. My son immediately was won over by her demeanor. She even had him laughing and saying how much better he felt and how nice and smart she was.My son is fine and Julie told us exactly what to look for and what to do if anything were to change. The only suggestion I would make is if a package doesn't fit comfortably into the size of particular post office box, it's better to leave a slip in the person's box to pick it up at the counter rather than try to make it fit in the box. Sometimes the item in question might be art paper or other items that should not be bent.”
