“Would rate five stars but I hate the remodeled stores. That's more of a reflection on corporate than on the individual stores themselves. I'm really upset that they discontinued most things like shoes and apparel in the remodels have less seasonal products in my opinion. I definitely have beef with corporate about this so the four stars is not a reflection on the individual store but I refuse to rate any remodel a five star. If it's any consolation before the remodel I gave it five stars for this particular store”

“The entire staff was wonderful beginning with Nick in the showroom, Candy helping in the office to the installation crew. They were all friendly, helpful and gave great advice. The crew did an excellent job with installation and our job was not easy. We had carpeted steps that wrapped around the steps and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Hopkins. I will definitely use them again.”
