“I cannot say enough about The Grind South!! I use their services for personal training. They always help me reach my goals and push me to the next level. It is a great place for youth classes too. My son started the youth classes and he enjoys it. The trainers show him exactly how use the equipment properly. He has improved so much with his strength, agility, and we are looking forward to our next baseball season. The crew there is great and very friendly. They keep it very clean. “Our second time there. The first time, I had a bacon cheese burger and the burger was really big and delicious 😋. The second time we ate there, we had breakfast and I had French toast and it was so delicious and it was amazing! My fiance had pancakes and they were huge! Everything we had was really delicious and amazing 👏 The prices weren't bad either and you get more choices. So, go ahead and go eat there. It's a really nice place to eat at. Oh yeah, I loved their sweet tea and French toast! We're definitely going to eat there again. I give it 5 stars 🌟”

“My son was in children's hospital having surgery when I had a friend accidentally break a hold down bolt on one of my injectors. I called this shop and they worked me in immediately. Once they took off the valve cover they found a rocker arm broken. They were really honest and upfront with me and sent pictures of everything. After my truck being there a week and them investing hours into it my motor was damaged beyond repair. I talked to several different shops and they all confirmed exactly what Jeff said. I owed 24000 dollars on my truck and a new motor was 20000 dollars. They only charged me a couple hundred dollars and said they were sorry for how things turned out. They lost money to help me. What a good person and great shop.”
