Amanda was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to ask lots of questions and was very attentive.

Just started but I am very happy with my PT Amanda, had extensive shoulder surgery, she is working it to get some normal range of motion, but not so much that I feel she is being too aggressive, just right to get me back to normal.

I’ve only been there once. And, I go back today. Still, my physical therapist, John is really professional and understanding of issues with my stroke.

And, he set up a really good plan which was tailored to help the side effected by the said stroke as well as to deal with the style that I have inadvertently picked up to compensate for the side.

Also, SSM PT Festus has an online portal where you can view your exercises and mark them off as you do them as well. It also gives you a place to give feedback to the therapist.

Furthermore, they give you a hard copy of the exercises as well as your schedule. I was really confused about whether or not I was messing up on some of the exercises. Therefore, I sent feedback on the online portal. My physical therapist, John actually replied to me In a very timely manner versus waiting until the appointment that I have this afternoon.
