I brought in a tote full of PS4 games, X-Box One games and older consoles to exchange for cash and I couldn't have been more happier with the service. Rob was extremely efficient when looking at the games and testing the consoles. To add, the store was very organized. Thank you!

This place is amazing, and my experience here was overwhelmingly positive. I want to mention that the pricing on the games was probably the fairest I have ever seen on used games, period. The employees mentioned that they price according to pricecharting, and I absolutely believe them. I brought some empty game cases to sell and they made me a very reasonable offer on something few places would even buy, other than an honest to goodness independent video game store.

I didn't end up selling to them, but the workers seemed absolutely honest about what they'd pay and my ability to sell them on my own for higher, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring them back in if I can't manage to sell on my own. I originally joked that since their prices are so good, it might not really be the best place to sell, but in hindsight I believe that was unfair considering what a place like vstock would likely offer.

I was absolutely incredulous to find out how cheaply they replace game batteries for ($5 compared to a $10-15 quote everywhere else I'd been to before). I wish I knew before I did it myself. They also sell obscure collecting supplies at amazing pricing. The only reason I think their stock of rare stuff might be lower is because it is priced so reasonably it probably moves right off the shelf.

The staff seemed incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the customer's best interest. They did caution me to resurface an otherwise $40-50 dollar game because the center was cracked, explaining the risks, but the game wasn't working anyway so I proceeded despite their genuine concerns. I do want to mention that it did fix the otherwise broken game!!!!!!!! Maybe don't be too cautious in the future ; ) since this tidbit proves it does work out sometimes, but I appreciated the concern.

It was a bit of a hike for me but returning when gas prices go down a bit seems well worth the trek to visit again. Thank you for all the help guys!

Probably one of the best video game stores around. I stop by and check them out at least once every few months when I am looking for something to add to my collection. They are quite small compared to some of the other similar stores, yet they probably have the rarest finds and in the most complete condition.
The employees are super knowledgeable about the video game world making them very helpful. Plus, they treat customers very well.

I visited for the first time last week.

I bought several used items from there, as the prices where decent.

One of the games didn't work, and they swapped pretty much replace it no questions asked. I believe the person who did this was the owner, because he apologized with the bad game. He was extremely nice.

The selection of everything is pretty decent. They had some decent retro consoles.

My one complaint about the store is a parking lot is really small and inconvenient to get in and out of.
