  I worked there 20+ yrs ago and yes the building was old then & needed to be modernized to match the current society's living environment, but that did not make or break Cori Manor. We worked hard there. The staff loved the residents & took great care of them. It didn't matter that we didn't have a big fancy building, we had what was important & that was compassion, kindness, love, & consistency. We had good leaders that were on the floor & helping out when needed, and we had a low turn over in staffing because people enjoyed working there. All homes have issues, if you have a good group of ppl to care for the residents, you've got it made... be thankful for that... appreciate what's important, if Cori Manor is still open & providing care 20+ yrs later, that says alot to me...there are standards that have to be maintained, Give them the credit they deserve. Woo Hoo for Cori Manor!!

  My mother just moved in and my first impression is that the building is kinda run down but the staff I have met so far have been friendly and seem to actually care. I will update this after my mom has settled in. I'm editing this review on August 20 2019 now that my mom is settled in we are very happy everybody on the staff has been very helpful and seems to actually care if my mom is unhappy there is a very friendly family atmosphere to the place and I should clarify that I meant the building itself is old the maintenance department there does to a good job of keeping it maintained
