Dr. Carpenter listens to your needs and will adjust accordingly to what you speak with him about. He does not force x-rays like most other chiropractors do or tell you about following up in a week or so to keep you coming. He leaves your decision on your body to you and works with what you tell him is going on. He is professional, laid back and respectful. Definitely recommend.
I’ll start by saying...I had never been to a chiropractor before and to be honest had no desire to. I really still don’t believe in “alignments“ or any of that. But I had dislocated my ribs. It was excruciating. I was truly frozen in place unable to move when it happened it hurt so bad. My primary care doctor informed me the only thing I could really do is go to a chiropractor to have them popped back in, or go to the E.R. and pay a fortune for them to do the same thing. I called Dr. Carpenter and he worked me in almost immediately, even as a new patient. It didn’t feel good to have them pushed back in lol, but after about 3 days (my muscles around my ribs were incredibly swollen and sore from the whole ordeal so it took a bit to heal) I felt good as new!!! He never once tried to tell me “oh this is going to take at least __ sessions” or “you really need an alignment too” or any of those types of things my husband has heard a million times from other offices just trying to get you in as much as possible to make more money. He just fixed the problem I needed fixed, never tried to pressure me into coming back for more things, and was very personable and friendly. AAAAAND he has a puppy in his office! How amazing is that!
Very helpful. Making great progress, I had thought my back pain was going to be part of getting older and I would have to just deal with it, but I'm now thinking it will be gone in the long run
