She offered a tasting beforehand and they picked the cake, filling and frosting flavors they wanted. She also made the beautiful decorations in milk chocolate and delivered it to the reception. “I have had great experiences with multiple individuals at Caldwell - including my purchase and multiple service / warranty visits. Mostly recently I worked with Suzanne in service to get another warranty issue resolved and annual service performed on my Big Dog zero turn. Suzanne worked tirelessly to get the manufacturer to to honor the warranty on my unit. She was professional and did a great job keeping in touch with me. She also worked with me when I couldn't pick my mower up right away. I do have to mention that I'm not impressed with the durability of the Big Dog (Hustler) mower. The mower is babied as it cuts my little 1/3 acre lot and is garaged when not mowing. It has less than 140 hours and has had a spindle, belt, and mower deck replaced twice (due to paint failure). This last time Hustler pushed back on replacing the deck but I appreciate Caldwell being relentless and making Hustler honor the warranty that they sold me. Regardless of the mower quality being mediocre, I still recommend doing business with Caldwell and seeing Suzanne for service.”
