They make you feel right at home and don't talk down to you like so many other auto repair places do. I had a botched paint job (from another company) on my 2011 Buick Lacrosse, and they corrected it through buffing and detailing it at a fraction of the cost quoted to me by other repair shops! They were on-time and the work was to perfection! My baby shines again like new and I feel proud taking her out on drives again. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
