“My car was backed into at a gas station and it was a nightmare going through the insurance company but Rick @ Brennan Body Co was so nice and explained everything in detail and made me feel so much better. My headlight and bumper was damaged in the accident and him and his guys made sure I knew what they were doing and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. They did an awesome job on my car. They showed me my bumper after they took it off and explained that not only was it damaged in the accident but that also it wasn't the original bumper that was supposed to be on my car plus the paint on the old bumper was a tad darker maroon then was my cars color is and that was how I bought it unaware of any of this... but thanks to them I have a brand new headlight and bumper on my car and it looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them. They were fast as well and had my car done in 2 days. Very professional. Thank you Rick and the rest of the team for taking off the stress of my car around an already stressful Christmas holiday.”

Contacted my dealer and Rice direct and 25 days later and after contacting both multiple times, still no answer how this will be fixed and warrantied. Updating my review. Dealer did fix the problem. He asked that I return it to him to sand down and repaint. This has been completed to my satisfaction. 4-7-22”

“Got 2 new tires in Springfield as an emergency and one of them blew out on my way home. I know it wasn’t anyones fault they gave me a defective tire but high ridge Walmart made it right and replaced my tire, I just had to pay $10 for a new warranty. They also repaired my leaking valve stem for free when I had to go back a second time for a flat on the 2nd new tire. Don’t buy Douglas tires, you get what you pay for. Everyone at this automotive center was lovely though, great customer service. Just go early in the morning (in and out in 30 minutes) since it’s first come first serve and you could wait a few hours.”
