“Manager Dave opened the closed store on a Saturday to let me in and make an appointment for brake work and alignment. After dropping the car off, they called and said only the rear brakes needed replacing. The original brakes have 76k miles on them so they could easily have recommended replacing them. They said they had plenty of pad left and the rotors were fine so that impressed me. Price was fair and top grade pads were half price. Great service so i will return.”

“I cannot recommended Mertz Auto Body, Inc enough!! After my car was wrecked due to icy road conditions there was lots of $$$$ in damage. Mertz took the time to make sure my car looked way better than it did before I BOUGHT it. I thought I was going to have to buy all the aftermarket stuff we put on it again but Mertz went back and forth with our insurance to pay for it. I also have a not so common paint color that proved to be a pain in the butt to match. They took their time and tried well over 10 shades to get it just right before they got started with the paint. Mertz took amazing care of us and went above and beyond. Even threw in some extras for us. If you need any body or paint work done, this is the place to go!!”
