“Please allow me to address the unwarranted negative reviews, that I've read, for this particular Walgreens location. Accordingly, I identified TWO [overwhelming] trends, among the jaded customer reviews. 1. "The staff is rude." 2. "My prescriptions are not ready or available in a timely fashion." Although I will not pontificate upon my poignant credentials as an experienced critic and nationally recognized reviewing author; any fool (credentialed or otherwise); can interpret the irrational and inarticulate ramblings of unhappy customers. In speaking bluntly, the two disingenuous and incoherent "review trends," [clearly] originated from very similar cynical personalities... And those "entitled" customers: A. Are all likely neighbors, in the same trailer court. B. Are quick to project such bitter hostility - not for the reasons, which are unintelligibly described, within their reviews... Very simply, these nay sayers, represent the sad segment of midwestern society... PEOPLE WHO LIVE [SURVIVE] ON PAIN MEDICATION. And believe me when I say - there's no one person, more miserable and willing to [unjustifiably] berate the underpaid and often unappreciated customer service professionals.”

“I had a problem with an item I purchased at the shanty. It only cost 18$ so I did not expect them to be able to return or exchange a small item like the one I bought. I talked to Jesse on the phone and dealt with Brenda in the store and they were more than helpful. They Determined that it may have been a defective product and they exchanged the item that I bought for no cost. I guarantee there is no other store around that would have done this for me. In the past $18 wouldn’t have mattered to me I probably wouldn’t have even called, but I recently had a child and money is tighter than ever LOL. I appreciate the favor, keep with the good business and I will be back in the future! Thanks girls!”

“For the first time I used the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions after receiving a text they were ready. Its great! I highly recommend using the drive thru IF you are certain your prescriptions are ready for pick up AND you go at a time when they're least busy. I went in the evening on a Friday night 8pm. I'll never stand in a line for meds again - totally efficient - THANK YOU CVS!”
