When I get back to the room, it also has calming music playing which allows me to focus on relaxing rather than the background sounds of a doctors office. “My son was in children's hospital having surgery when I had a friend accidentally break a hold down bolt on one of my injectors. I called this shop and they worked me in immediately. Once they took off the valve cover they found a rocker arm broken. They were really honest and upfront with me and sent pictures of everything. After my truck being there a week and them investing hours into it my motor was damaged beyond repair. I talked to several different shops and they all confirmed exactly what Jeff said. I owed 24000 dollars on my truck and a new motor was 20000 dollars. They only charged me a couple hundred dollars and said they were sorry for how things turned out. They lost money to help me. What a good person and great shop.”
