(January 14, 2019, 1:47 pm)I recently shopped around for a very specific year/make/model/engine type vehicle, and found a very clean example advertised by LA Auto. I drove there from Harrisonville, checked it over, and bought it.
The next morning, the car was out of commission due to a coil pack going bad (which is something that would not have been foreseen prior to it happening).
I called LA Auto. They sent their mechanic to my home in Harrisonville, and he replaced the part with a new one at no charge. I am impressed. This was an as-is sale on an older car, a part that would not have been known to be faulty until it went out, and I don't exactly live close.
The fact that they went the extra mile to ensure a happy customer after they had cash in hand says ALOT about the integrity and character of the folks at LA Auto. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle in the Kansas City area.
It also helps that their inventory seems to cover a wide range of makes/models, and budgets.
