My car stopped running in Troy at the UPS Store. They were able to meet me close to my work the next day to grab the keys from me. Although it took a little bit, I'm happy to be back in my car today. It was not their fault, as they were waiting on the ECM. I recommend these guys for all of your automotive needs.

100 degree heat and the driver was responsive, communicative & quick. Was quick getting it loaded so neither of us was stuck in the heat. Fantastic employee that this company should be proud to have. I'd recommend this company for towing even if my insurance provider didn't cover them

These guys are the best. Around 3 PM on Friday, I had a flashing check engine light come on while driving through Troy on a roadtrip. Even though these guys closed at 4, they still saw me around 3:45 for an emergency service. Ended up changing a blown spark plug and coil for a very reasonable price and getting me back on the road again in 30 minutes. If you have any towing or auto service needs, these guys will take very good care of you and your vehicle!

I had my car towed from a business in St Peters, Missouri back to my house in St Peters. Craig picked my car up in a timely manner and I didn't have a very long wait. He was very professional and attentive, extremely friendly, and I would recommend Werks Auto and Towing to anyone needing towing.
