Steve was great. Re gripped my club quickly and correctly. Nice guy. Liked his job
Thanks
I got my grandson very nice football, cleets. He was so happy.
We did not end up buying anything (actually had a return) but we shopped around specifically for shoes for the longest time. It wasn’t very busy and at first the workers were helping someone else. We waited our turn and found the kiosk to check for our sizes. Although ultimately the shoes that I tried did not fit as I’d like, Jazz, yes jazz like the music, was very helpful and very informative. While helping us and other customers he gave advice and bits of wisdom and asked lots of questions to better understand what we were looking for… We didn’t get a store feedback survey because we didn’t buy anything but Jazz is the kind of employee that should be recognized for his helpfulness! Everyone else was great as well. We felt bad that we didn’t buy anything from Jazz; he really knows his shoes. We also talked about the books we were reading, Star Wars, and the various chit chat that one makes with a sales associate while walking around trying on shoes. As another customer service worker (not in sales) sometimes customer or patron complements are few and far between. Satisfied people don’t tend to speak up. Thank you, Jazz. You were very helpful!
Helpful staff, good selection. Chris in the bicycle department was amazing.
I can't say enough good things about this post office. I ship a lot of packages and I never have any trouble at all. If I take them to the other close post office they hold on to them for days. Everyone there has always been nice to me with the true small town charm. The only negative comment I can make is the rural carrier won't drive down my road. He says he can't make it down. He drives a really old car and I drive a Nissan maxima and I can do it no problems!
