(August 8, 2018, 11:52 pm)Awesome paved bike or walking trails through wooded areas and prairie areas. Great for evening or early morning strolls and/or exercise. Great to take kids, with cool bridges over the creek. Connection to several other neighborhoods and trails near Platte City.

(May 6, 2018, 1:57 pm)It's okay. Just a paved path through the woods with some cleared land. The fun part is a lot of the perimeter of those open fields are mowed occasionally and you can safishly mountain bike through them without eating dirt. Gotta watch for the stems of saplings that were mowed because they will wreak havoc and make you face plant. Also a lot of pathways in the brush people have made- some going across the creek. Be prepared for flats because there are thorns for sure. Slime is good but I always carry a can of fix a flat and have had to use it to limp back home. Plenty of parts to get some speed downhill over rough terrain to practice proper mountain bike posture and climbing back up without sliding or popping the front wheel up. All in all it's good for mild mountain biking to learn on but it's quick to outgrow. Did I mention the multitude of milfs that come out in the evening? It's why I keep coming back.
