  I had an emergency appointment and I absolutely love my experience with this clinic. The staff are very professional, compassionate and skilled. The doctor was very empathetic about my health concerns and his expertise is A+ . If you want to be treated as a human being, this clinic I'd highly recommend. Thank you so much for helping me through a difficult situation, it's greatly appreciated.

  My daughter came down sick and I did not want to take her to childrens mercy so I brought her here first. Dr Ahn is amazing. Let me do her covid test and was very careful with the strep test. Gave her all the medicine she needed and even asked me how she was doing later on an if I got her fever down. Better than any pediatricians. Thank you so much for helping my daughter!!.

  They were so fast even being under staff I was in and out in less than an hour! All of the staff there is so kind and helpful. They even called me the day after my visit to make sure I was doing better!!! Best urgent care I have ever been too!!!

  Great doctor but front staff is a bit snappy and short with everyone. Sent me to a specific pharmacy then sent the script somewhere else leaving us waiting at pharmacy #1 for nearly 2hrs wondering what was going on!
  
  Not from Kansas City so left super confused and a bit miffed the front staff would lie to me on the phone about where we had agreed to send the script when they'd pulled it up on my GPS for me and made sure it was right before I left...
  
  Either way, clean and everything else was nice. They did do most testing in the lobby rather than off to another room but you only have to wait a short time for your results if you opt for it!
