(June 23, 2022, 10:47 am)This business is top notch. Traveling home from Montana to St. Louis I had a bearing go out on my utility trailer. I stopped there to see about renting a flatbed to get it home. They suggested the might be able to repair it. I continued home while they took a look at it. It turned out it needed an entire axle - not something they do. I got a flatbed in St. Louis and went back to get my trailer and they helped load it a day and a half later. For the diagnosis, the storage and the help loading it they did not charge anything. For anyone in the KC area looking for a customer friendly rental place this is it!

I called in a pinch (I called them from out of state)and was greeted with excellent customer service, but was further accommodated to a particular set of challenges that they helped us overcome. If you're looking for a great business to work with, stop looking. Hazel at Platte Rental & Supply was a great partner to work with.

(October 3, 2018, 9:45 am)Platte Rental & Supply was a pleasure to deal with. The staff was friendly and helpful, equipment was well maintained and they were very efficient. I originally rented for a day, but returned the equipment within the 4 hour window and they adjusted the rate accordingly with no hassle. I will check Platte Rental & Supply first for my rental needs in the future.

(June 27, 2018, 6:45 pm)We'd previously used Platte Rental Supply for equipment rentals and always found them friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced. When we needed items for an event at our home, they were out first call and we couldn't be happier! Tents, tables, chairs and linens delivered and set up the day before the event and torn down day after. The office staff helped me work through what we needed and were understanding when I changed things up a week out. Worth every penny - we'll definitely use them again!
