Central Bank

I have been dealing with Larry and some of his staff when they were Bank Liberty. They have treated me with the utmost respect and provided awesome service. Last week I had a special business request and Mercedes went above and beyond to take care of my request. I have been dealing with this branch since it was Bank of Farley and these multiple take overs, they have not lost all that small bank culture. Thanks, make it a great day, jerry williams

Larry and the staff up in Parkville are top notch!!! They make my bi weekly banking visits enjoyable to the point that I look forward to walk into the bank knowing that I'll be taken care of by anybody. They have what I need ready before I even walk in, almost like they are eager for me to leave quickly!

The customer service is next to none. Friendliness defines the staff at this branch. They treat you like a family. I was shocked when I got a call on my birthday from one of the staff. To take the time and call a customer on their birthday tells they care a lot about you.

I previously reviewed negatively. I have reconsidered my position since the bank manager reached out to me to try and rectify my issues. Sadly, I cannot find my review to do an update.

I’m not a fan of banks this large. However they are striving to provide service similar to smaller banks. The personal bankers are awesome.
