(July 8, 2020, 1:11 pm)My husband and I have been with State Farm for several years. We recently had to file a claim on our homeowners insurance and the process was seamless and very fair. We are completely satisfied with State Farm and the wonderful people at the agency. Their greatest asset at this agency is Ian Fitzhenry. He is always available to answer any questions we have at ANYTIME we have them. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. We will not get any other insurance simply because he always takes care of us. Great company!
(June 23, 2020, 3:09 pm)If you don't have a computer and printer at home, they are of no help to you. I've been with state farm for years and never experienced such poor customer service until they switched me to this agent.
They asked us to send in our title to receive a payment and tax credit to put towards a new car.
We are now 3 weeks in and still have not received the payment or tax credit.
Although friendly enough on the phone, not very helpful at getting things moving forward.
*UPDATE the manager reached out and was so so helpful. He was able to get things moving and get us the help that we needed.
