Thrive at Creekside

We’ve lived in a townhome(the larger one) for about two months now, and we love it! We are a family of 5, and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The layout is great, we love the kitchen. Our master bedroom also has 2 closets- which was something I didn’t know we needed, but probably can’t live without now. :) It’s very quiet, which is important to us. There were a few maintenance issues in the beginning, which is to be expected with a new build, but the girls in the front office were quick and responsive to getting the issues fixed quickly! I would say our only complaint right now the constant finding of nails on our driveway, we wish the construction crew would do a better job of cleaning up.

I commute to Overland Park for work, and the location couldn’t be better! Easy on/off of 435. This is going to be an amazing place to live once the amenities and local business are in place. We can’t wait!

I worked with Vanessa Grayson. She was unbelievably professional, very accommodating and very detailed. She answered my countless emails quickly and answered all questions I had. Shes top notch and it was a pleasure working with her. The property is awesome as well. The units she showed my roommate and I were all great. It made it a tough choice. The property MGR Aliesha showed me two styles of units on the first visit. She took her time with me and all my questions. Didn't hurry me up or get pushy throughout the whole experience. We were impressed by the entire complex and amenities. This is a beautiful area with big plans. If you are in the market for a very nice brand new apartment in Parkville or KC, you have to come see it!
