“The jewelry department was crazy busy when we went in to pick up a repaired ring. We were greated by each member of the team. And given the amount of people standing in the department, we knew it could be a while. Finally Pam turned her attention to us. She retrieved our fixed ring, looked up info to send off two other items for repair, sent off a third item in an attempt to repair it, and answered several questions. She maintained poise and professionalism throughout the entire transaction. This may seem like a "that's her job." Kind of moment. However after working in the customer service industry for more than 25 years myself, the ability to maintain composure throughout a repetitive stressful day is difficult. And she continued with grace before and after our transaction was complete. People like Pam are the reason that i continue to shop at this location.”

“I have only had my glasses a week but every interaction with this store has been great. The optometrist got me right in and was super. The folks doing the fitting and making the glasses were friendly, fast, and I did not feel at all pressured to buy options. After a week, I felt I wanted to exchange my glasses for a smaller fit, and the staff were super friendly and helpful and within an hour I had my new pair and love them. I will recommend this place to anyone wanting glasses for a very reasonable price with great customer service and experience. Thanks to everyone working there.”

“Shopped at Chico's in SF for years. Absolutely loved everything about the store. Retired a number of years ago and became a Target/Costco clothes shopper. Now, living in my hometown, Kansas City, MO, I needed a pair of nice pants. Chico's, I thought! Walked in, still loved everything about it. Fun, attractive clothing.... However, they don't have a 3-way mirror anywhere in the store! No where! I asked why? Mgr says, "Don't you trust us?" I laughed, and said, "I need to see my behind." I am willing to bet most of us do. C'mon, Chico's. Fun, good quality clothes, reasonable prices -- please, we want a 3-way mirror.”
