“As a chef, I don't often get the chance to sit at the table and be served since I'm busy doing the work of service, but last Friday night I got the chance to dine at one of the most impressive, charming restaurants ever. Four friends from college days met up in Weston for 2 days of conversation, food and drink. We began our evening at NC and were delighted from the word go. Dish after dish on the prix fixe was incredible, with flavors distinct and delicious. Just as impressive as the food was the organization and mise en place of Chef Nick. I've never seen such a tiny workspace and he maximized every inch. It was fun watching him ply his craft for all to observe and take note. This is dining as it should be; deliberate, intentional and relaxing. This is not a place to be in a hurry to go somewhere else afterward. An night at NC is the entire evening's entertainment.”
