“We replaced our complete HVAC system in the spring of 2018 with Muller Mechanical. Their service, professionalism, and "bedside manner" completely exceeded all of our expectations. I considered reviewing them at that time because I enjoyed the experience so much, but waited through the HOT summer as I wanted to verify how the system performed. After a very hot summer I can honestly say that our home has never been so comfortable in the nearly 13 years we have owned it. Historically, we would have "hot spots" in the house and in fact used 2 portable AC units to compensate during the most demanding parts of the summer. Because of their expertise the system was sized properly (more capacity) and yet is still much more efficient. All the hot spots are now gone and we are considering Craigslisting the portable units. “Great place to do business with. Did the lift on my Tundra and it came out excellent. They waited until receiving the correct parts to install the diff drop. People should drive 15 minutes north of Barry Road for the best install. I was recommended to this shop and will recommend to others. As far as the other review saying negative things, not everything goes as simple as it could. I had to wait a week for the correct parts to get in. The owner and I have good conversations because we both understand how to approach situations.”
