(May 11, 2023, 9:32 pm)This is a beautiful small (22 spots) campground, with a bike/walking trail all the way around the lake. Affordable prices. Very clean and the Camp host was very friendly and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars on location is the bridge being out and lack of good signage for the detour.

(December 14, 2022, 9:32 am)Love this place. We are allowed to fish all night even if we are not camping. Came in handy when we were temporarily homeless two summers ago. Although the primitive camp sites are quite confusing as to reservation and prices.

(October 21, 2022, 11:41 am)Once the bridge is updated the noise won't be too bad. The train passes 6 to 8 times every 24 hours and can be pretty intense. Sites could be a bit more level as well. Park is full grass and looks like tent camping is coming soon to the rear of the park. The walking trail around the lake is nice. Covered picnic tables and nice little playground for kids. 1 washer 1 dryer. Hot showers. The camp host was very nice. Firewood sold on site. Take the long way around that is paved. The map is on the website we're you can also make your reservations. Stay in the lower number site away from the tracks and bridge.
