So, pilates seemed a little intimidating to me, but I'm so glad I tried it! I work with Mary and Diane, both very friendly & extremely knowledgeable.

Professional Pilates studio. I am in my 4th year of study with core strength & increased stability. Each instructor is very qualified & will work with you during the lesson at your pace offering instruction clearly. I highly recommend visiting or contacting Mary. Pilates is fun & challenging. I highly recommend!

Working with Mary Peacock and the other instructors at the Pilates & Yoga Center of Lake St Louis has changed my body and my life. I have suffered with knee problems, hyperextension and pain from being knock kneed all my life along with neck issues from working at a desk on a computer.

Over these last 3 years Mary and her team have helped me correct this issue and the associated lower back and neck pain I was experiencing. I am amazed by how strong my core is...I could not sit up on my own when I started. My son who is a varsity football player on a state championship team and a varsity track member has gained great flexibility and increased his throwing distance in discus doing Pilates with Mary. He has a better understanding of his body and also learned better techniques for lifting. If a 250# lineman can learn to do Pilates, so can you!

The level of knowledge and personalization is unparalleled. Mary trained under Joe Pilates’ disciple Romana Kryzanowska and continues to educate herself and her team. While they take their training and education very seriously, they are a very welcoming, lighthearted and fun group dedicated to their clients and community. I moved 40 minutes away and I still drive out every week for private instruction and utilize their online instruction 2X per week from home. With all the fads and “fast food” Pilates options cropping up out there with inexperienced teachers who can actually harm your body, I can’t imaging going anywhere else.

Thank you Mary, Jill, Maryann, Diane, & Amber! Thanks to mat, tower, barre, barrel, yoga and all the hours of instruction on the reformer, the chair, the Cadillac and more.... I am strong, flexible and pain-free and I could not be more grateful!

Wonderful instructors, every one of them knowledgeable, patient and fun. Everything can be tailored to current physical capabilities and future goals. Give them a try you won't regret it.

This studio is so fun and challenging! Everyone is so welcoming and helps you grow. Even if you’ve never done Pilates before or you are super experienced, there are classes for everyone!
