I reserved my truck via my mobile phone. I'll the info was in the system and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I came back early, and Frank checked me in. He was friendly, courteous and checked the vehicle in just a few minutes. Again in and out hassle free.

My rental experience with U-Haul was both effortless and efficient. From the check-in process to the drop-off, everything went smoothly, just as it should be. When you're preoccupied with multiple tasks, renting a truck should not add to the burden.

I reserved it online and just went there to pick it up. The pick up was quick and easy, the employees at the counter were friendly and they didn't try to sell me their insurance.

Drop off was amazingly fast, the guy there was super friendly, did a quick check and we were really to go.
