She explained things the whole time she did her exam, asked questions, and took the time to answer all of mine. The office is super efficient. From scheduling an appointment to minimal waiting and check-in time, the process was really easy and timely. Office staff are very welcoming and the waiting area and exam room were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. This was my first visit and everything was easy and well-explained to me. I left feeling well taken care of, and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dermatologist!”

I was very impressed with the Cleanliness and Friendliness of The Staff as I was when we visited to see about a place for My Father in July. Jill Day, was knowledgeable, friendly and so filled with Compassion for us and With The Residents. When We toured the Facility, it was Clean and smelled fresh. You could see that The Residents were well taken care of. The Staff were all friendly and attentive to your needs. The food was Delicious, well prepared and pretty on the plate. When I asked several of theResidents about the food, they said it was delicious. I definitely would Highly Recommend Barathaven to anyone looking for A Place for a loved One.”

The Manager Kim does an outstanding job overall. The customer service she provides is the reason I keep coming to this location. Last week I was diagnosed with Benign Positional Vertigo at urgent care. This past Friday I went for PT session and checked in with Victoria at the front desk and told her I had Vertigo.
