For example, I was in the shop this week and a customer was picking up a large ornament order (July Keepsake Release). The staff was diligent in ensuring all the requested ornaments were included, helped the customer pick out any additional ornaments desired from store inventory, and made sure the customers order for the October Keepsake Release was amended to include additional ornaments. The associates are always helpful, friendly, pleasant, and work hard to meet customer needs. Great atmosphere and enjoyable place to shop. Well Done.
