Midwest Krav Maga

Great Family training center. All of the instructors are professional and patient. The training center provides fitness classes, and self defense courses, as well as jiu jitsu. Classes range from Kids classes to adult classes, including one-off women's self-defense courses.
Highly recommend giving them a try. They have a try-it special where you pay a minimal amount for two classes to try it out.

I've been involved in combat sports off and on for about 25 years. Midwest Krav Maga has one of the best cadre of instructors I've trained under.

Simple to learn, yet effective techniques, welcoming environment and a great value.
