“We had a sign made for my wife's business in 2019. We didn't go with Stone's because the other place was over a third cheaper (and money was very tight then). Here we are, 1.5 years later and the original sign has never lit up properly at night. The "other guys" always insisted that the 3 sections of our sign were tied together on the same dusk timer, but we didn't trust it. We had Stone's come out to look things over and they found SO many things wrong with our installation! No electrical disconnect by the sign, 14 wires in a 1 gang electrical box, wires tucked behind LED wiring for retention instead of being attached directly (which nearly pushed a cover off one of the sign pieces). Stone's corrected the original issue (as expected, the dusk sensors were NOT tied together properly) and fixed as many of the other as he could without assuming liability for a job that wasn't his to begin with. He sent me multiple pictures of the poor work from the previous sign company and was fair to deal with. Even with all the unexpected work he still came in within his original sight-unseen estimate...no complaints! The moral of the story - Stone's may not be the cheapest but as we just found out, you definitely get what you pay for, and quality is worth the cost. Go with a local company like Stone's that actually takes pride in their work!”

“I heard good things about this place (even though we had another location we like and continue to go to). We tried it this year (2023). It had a fairly good selection for the size of tent. The product was stocked and clearly marked. The prices were comparative to neighboring tents. There was plenty of staff, but our only complaint was after a customer asked about a particular firework, staff showed the customer a video of said firework on their phone. This led to all the staff besides the cashier to huddle in one part of the tent. Luckily, I didn't need any assistance, but if I had, nobody would be available. We were the only 2 customers in the tent at the time. I waited to post this so nobody would get in trouble as they did what I probably would have done if I was working at a fireworks tent. Besides this small issue, we had good customer service from everyone we interacted with. Plenty of close, accessible parking as well. The tent had the walls down so it was not as hot as it probably would have been. I would consider returning next year.”

The cart has a ton of upgrades as standard vs a lot of the competitors carts are considerably more expensive. The quality and durability of the cart is top notch! For example, I was in the shop this week and a customer was picking up a large ornament order (July Keepsake Release). The staff was diligent in ensuring all the requested ornaments were included, helped the customer pick out any additional ornaments desired from store inventory, and made sure the customers order for the October Keepsake Release was amended to include additional ornaments. The associates are always helpful, friendly, pleasant, and work hard to meet customer needs. Great atmosphere and enjoyable place to shop. Well Done.”

“We are so grateful for Rouge’s HUGE role in making my whimsical woodland garden wedding vision come to life. I really wanted a natural, wild, eclectic, wildflower look to my bouquet and arrangements. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to translate the vision in my head to my florist, but Rouge did an incredible job understanding me and my style. They absolutely nailed the look I wanted. They gave my hair stylist plenty of flowers to choose from and work with for me hair in the morning. And in the afternoon, I was deep in making sure all my people had direction for decorating the ceremony space when Rouge arrived, but they got right to setting up flowers everywhere we discussed and made it all perfect and exactly how I imagined. They did such a great job getting all the info they needed from me ahead of time, they were able to setup independently without needing guidance from me on the day of. They greeted me, asked a couple quick questions, and then went above and beyond to make things SO perfect. I’m in love with how it all turned out! They were so friendly and responsive throughout the planning process too. I highly recommend Rouge!!”

We have had numerous jewelry pieces with sentimental value fixed with the utmost care and always exactly what you need. My husband has gotten a silver chain made which was exactly what he wanted. We also came in asking about a gold chain and Mr. M. had one on display that ended up being a perfect fit for our first anniversary. Finally, they are doing special custom “name chains” with your name. I am a rose gold “aficionado”, and Mr. M. immediately promised he could make it happen even though white and yellow were what was advertised. I also asked for a “more sparkly” delicate chain, and he found the perfect chain that could still handle the weight. It’s absolutely perfect! They always will do everything to take care of you… and it sounded like my rose gold chain was an adventure I’m grateful they took for me. We are so lucky to have them as our personal jeweler and will continue to go back for our jewelry needs! It’s the personal and expert craftsmanship that is hard to find.”
