AT&T Store

My daughter and I went into the store to get some information about her updating her phone; the staff was very welcoming and professional. Jared was especially helpful in providing information and going over the various options to help her make an informed decision about her options. This AT&T visit was a A plus.

Worked with Cassie and she was amazing! Added an extra line, upgraded my phone, and added a new watch and still saved money compared to what I did pay! Took her time to explain everything and make sure I had exactly what I needed! So glad I came to this location and got to work with someone who genuinely cares about what they are doing!

Cassie was beyond helpful! I came in with a front face cracked phone and after being turn away by UbreakiFix with an insurance claim I went to Cassie and she assured me that everything would be handled appropriately. Cassie has great communication skills and will go above and beyond expectations to make sure her customers leave with a solution. Highly recommend!

I always have a good experience at this store, I get help quickly and the store reps are very helpful and thorough. Most recently needed help filing an insurance claim for a broken phone and had it resolved fast, had all my questions answered and bought and had a new screen protector applied to my other phone for me. I've yet to be disappointed when I've had reason or need to visit this store
