Wonderful experience! They fixed our Scotsman icemaker and it's running great! Joe was absolutely fantastic and made sure we knew what our options were along with the possibility that we may have other problems . He was a great technician and I'm very glad we called them!!
I am a Facility Manager of a Research Lab. We have many refrigerators and freezers in our building. I have been using Bi State for years and have always received excellent service from them.
I had Bi-State come out and repair a residential Scotsman ice maker. I called two other Scotman service companies but none would come out and fix it because we were in Illinois - despite the fact they were only 15 minutes away. Bi-State said no problem. Had a guy out the next day. Fix it and followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was all good.
