I have significantly increased range of motion and less pain. Doctor explains the techniques used and the expectations of therapy. I was given a simple exercise routine to do at home. Dr has motivated me to attempt beginners yoga which is a huge accomplishment for me. Great nutrition advice. Dr.McCain has an upbeat and outgoing personality and is very genuine. All around good guy.
